The exterior of this property required quite a lot of work, with nothing having been done for about 20 years.
The roof is pitched at lots of different angles with many gullies and areas meeting chimney breasts. Perished lead flashing and crumbing firewalls were all contributing to water penetration inside the property.
It was clearly important to ensure the outside of the property was fully maintained before any works could commence inside.
